Natalie is a Senior Yoga Teacher and has been teaching Hatha Yoga for over 10 years but practicing various styles for over 25 years...

“Teaching Yoga is my vocation and I am passionate about the physical and mental benefits of yoga.  My purpose is to make Yoga accessible to all and to help people find freedom in their bodies and mind”.

The Hatha method of Yoga is initially learnt through the in-depth study of asanas (posture) and pranayama (breath control).  Yoga classes will be of mixed ability where students are guided to learn and work in poses safely.   The key aim is to offer all students a meaningful and enjoyable lesson.
