WELCOME TO HATHA YOGA
Yoga means union, yoke or unite and can translate as a union of the physical, mental, physiological and emotional bodies. People take up yoga for lots of different reasons whether it be to combat stress, health issues or just general well being. Yoga is a way of life it helps connect mind, body and spirit and through yoga one can explore all facets of this tradition.
About Me
Natalie Penniall
Senior Yoga Teacher | DIP FRYOG
I’m Natalie, a Senior Yoga Teacher and I run classes in and around Bishop’s Waltham, Hampshire. I qualified with FRYOG in 2010 and am a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals, as well as a qualified Yin Yoga teacher. I have been teaching yoga within the local community for over 15 years and have maintained a personal practice for more than 25 years.
My classes are open to everybody, regardless of age or ability. My teaching style is an authentic blend of Iyengar, Hatha and Flow, with a strong focus on safe alignment, mindful movement, and listening to your own body. A typical class includes Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath work), and Savasana (relaxation), creating a balanced and supportive practice.
Teaching yoga is truly my vocation. I’m passionate about making yoga accessible and welcoming, helping people find greater ease, strength, and freedom in both body and mind. It’s important to me that my classes remain affordable and rooted in the local community — because wellbeing should never feel like a privilege.
Alongside group classes and running Yoga Retreats, I’m also a qualified Ayurvedic Face Lift Massage Practitioner, approved by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), offering private treatments to support relaxation and holistic health. Please contact me for availability.

Corporate Yoga
I run yoga sessions for Corporate Clients. These are a great way to improve your employee's well-being. The proven benefits are stress management, increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, reduced back, neck and shoulder pain. These classes are tailored to meet the needs of your employees, suiting their work/life balance.

New to Natalie's yoga classes...
Preparing for a class:

As with any exercise program, it is always a good idea to consult your doctor prior to participating.

If you are pregnant, or have serious physical limitations, please inform your teacher on arrival.

Practice on an empty stomach (at least 1-2 hours after a light meal)

Wear comfortable clothing that does not limit movement.

Come prepared to work barefoot in class.

Bring you own mat. Blocks and belts are provided.

Classes are non refundable.
Class etiquette:

If you can arrive 10 minutes early to find a space.

Leave mobile phones and smart watches off.

If you are new be sure to introduce yourself to me and advise if you have any health issues or injuries.

Do not compare yourself to other students and know your limitations.

Payment can be made via BACS or cash/cheque in advance.
